The Management Board of R22 S.A. with its registered office in Poznań (the “Company”) hereby announces that the Company has received notifications concerning transactions in the Company’s shares from Mr Robert Stasik, Vice-President of the Company, and from Ms Patrycja Berg, a person closely associated with Mr Robert Stasik.
