The Management Board of cyber_Folks S.A. with its registered office in Poznań [“Company”], acting pursuant to Article 19(3) of the MAR Regulation, hereby announces that today the Company received notifications of transactions carried out in Company shares from: [i] Mr Jacek Duch – Chairman of the Company’s Supervisory Board, and [ii] the Duch Family Foundation with its registered office in Warsaw, as an entity closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibilities, Mr Jacek Duch.
