The Management Board of cyber_Folks S.A. with its registered office in Poznań [“Company”], acting pursuant to Art. 19 sec. 3 of the MAR Regulation, hereby announces that yesterday it received a notification of an acquisition transaction involving rights to the Company’s shares from the Duch Family Foundation, as an entity closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibilities, i.e. Mr Jacek Duch – Chairman of the Supervisory Board. The notification is attached to this report.
