The Management Board of cyber_Folks S.A. with its registered office in Poznań [“Company”], acting pursuant to Article 70 item 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies [“Public Offering Act”], hereby announces that it received from: [i] Mr Jacek Duch and [ii] the Duch Family Foundation, notifications of a change in holdings of Company shares submitted pursuant to Article 69 et seq. of the Public Offering Act. The notifications are attached to this report.
