The Management Board of cyber_Folks S.A. with its registered office in Poznań _[“Issuer”, “Company”]_ announces that, in connection with the change of the company name from R22 S.A. to cyber_Folks S.A., at the Issuer’s request the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. issued an announcement on 01.08.2023 stating that, starting from 03.08.2023, the Company’s shares will be listed under the abbreviated name [“CYBERFLKS”] and ticker [“CBF”].
