Registration of amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association

The Management Board of cyber_Folks S.A. with its registered office in Poznań [“Company”] hereby announces that, through the Court Registers Portal, it became aware of the registration on 30 May 2025 of amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association involving the addition of §5a to the Company’s Articles of Association and an amendment to §14 sec. 3 item 5) of the Company’s Articles of Association. These amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association were adopted by the Company’s Annual General Meeting on 15 May 2025 [“AGM”] and were covered by AGM Resolutions No. 23 and 25, respectively. Attached, the Company provides the wording of the indicated AGM resolutions, including their numbers, as well as the wording of the amendments and new provisions of the Company’s Articles of Association. This current report has been published by the Company, which also bears sole responsibility for it.
