Admission of shares to exchange trading

The Management Board of R22 S.A. with its registered office in Poznań (the “Company”) hereby announces that the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the “WSE”), pursuant to Resolution No. 1552/2017 dated 22 December 2017, resolved to admit to exchange trading on the WSE main market the following ordinary bearer shares of the Company with a nominal value of PLN 0,02 each: (i) 5.000.000 series A shares, (ii) 5.500.000 series B shares, (iii) 180.000 series C shares, (iv) 3.500.000 series D shares (subject to registration of the increase in the Company’s share capital), and (v) 3.500.000 rights to series D ordinary bearer shares.
