The Management Board of cyber_Folks spółka akcyjna [“Company”], having regard to §70 item 3 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering and the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and on Public Companies, hereby provides a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the votes at the Company’s Annual General Meeting held on 15 May 2025.
