The Management Board of cyber_Folks spółka akcyjna [“Company”] announces that on 27 May 2024 the Company’s Annual General Meeting adopted Resolution No. 8 on the distribution of the Company’s profit for the 2023 financial year [“Resolution”].
Pursuant to the adopted Resolution:
a] the amount of PLN 21.252.702,00 was allocated for payment of a dividend to the Company’s shareholders, with PLN 1,50 payable per share,
b] the amount of PLN 6.775.394,29 was allocated to the Company’s supplementary capital,
c] the number of shares entitled to the dividend is 14.168.468,
d] the dividend record date was set as 24 June 2024,
e] the dividend payment date was set as 26 June 2024.
Legal basis:
§19 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state [Journal of Laws 2018.757].
