Execution of an agreement to act as the Issuer’s market maker

The Management Board of R22 S.A. with its registered office in Poznań (the “Company”) hereby announces that today it entered into an agreement with Trigon Dom Maklerski S.A. with its registered office in Kraków (“Trigon”) concerning Trigon acting as market maker for the Company (the “Agreement”) on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the “WSE”).
The Agreement was entered into for an indefinite term and will be effective from the first day of trading in the Company’s shares on the WSE market, unless the Management Board of the WSE objects to the performance of the market maker function under the Agreement.
The Agreement may be terminated by either party with one month’s notice effective at the end of a calendar month.
The remaining terms of the Agreement do not differ from standard terms for agreements of this type.
