Publication dates of periodic reports in the 2026 financial year

The Management Board of cyber_Folks S.A. with its registered office in Poznań, hereinafter referred to as the [“Company”], hereby makes public the publication dates of periodic reports in the financial year 01.01.2026 – 31.12.2026:
1. Separate and consolidated annual report for the 2025 financial year, i.e. for the period from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025 – 18 March 2026,
2. Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 of the 2026 financial year, i.e. for the period from 01.01.2026 to 31.03.2026 – 19 May 2026,
3. Consolidated report for the first half of the 2026 financial year, i.e. for the period from 01.01.2026 to 30.06.2026 – 02 September 2026,
4. Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 of the 2026 financial year, i.e. for the period from 01.07.2026 to 30.09.2026 – 16 November 2026.
Pursuant to §63 secs. 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state, hereinafter referred to as the [“Regulation”], the Company will not publish separate quarterly reports or a separate half-year report. The relevant consolidated reports will contain the required separate financial information.
At the same time, the Company’s Management Board hereby announces that, pursuant to §83 sec. 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish separate and consolidated quarterly reports for Q4 of the 2025 financial year or for Q2 of the 2026 financial year.
