The Management Board of R22 S.A. with its registered office in Poznań (the “Company”) hereby announces that the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, pursuant to Resolutions No. 30/2018 and 31/2018 dated 12 January 2018, resolved to: (i) designate 16 January 2018 as the last trading day for 3.500.000 rights to series D ordinary bearer shares, and (ii) introduce 3.500.000 series D shares to trading as of 17 January 2018, subject to the National Depository for Securities registering those shares on 17 January 2018 and assigning them code PLR220000018.
