With reference to Current Report No. 5/2021 dated 9 April 2021, the Management Board of R22 spółka akcyjna (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 12.04.2021 the Company received information from Norges Bank with its registered office in Oslo that the notification concerning a change in shareholding submitted to the Company by Norges Bank and published by the Company in the above current report resulted from an error, i.e. incorrect data recorded in Norges Bank’s database. Norges Bank assured the Company that it had informed the Polish Financial Supervision Authority of the error.
