The Management Board of R22 spółka akcyjna (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 09.04.2021 the Company received a notification from Norges Bank with its registered office in Oslo concerning an increase in Norges Bank’s share in the total number of votes at the Company’s general meeting above the 5% threshold.
