The Management Board of R22 S.A. with its registered office in Poznań (“Company”) hereby informs that today the Company received a notification from Jakub Dwernicki, acting on his own behalf and on behalf of the members of the Company’s shareholders’ agreement: Jakub Dwernicki, Jacek Duch, Robert Dwernicki, Sebastian Górecki, Andrzej Dwernicki, Agnieszka Dwernicka-Piasecka and Robert Stasik.
