Publication dates of periodic reports in the 2021 financial year

The Management Board of R22 S.A. with its registered office in Poznań, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, hereby announces the publication dates of periodic reports in the financial year 01.01.2021 – 31.12.2021:

• 1. Separate and consolidated annual report for the 2019/2020 financial year, i.e. for the period from 01.07.2019 to 31.12.2020 – 10 March 2021,

• 2. Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 of the 2021 financial year, i.e. for the period from 01.01.2021 to 31.03.2021 – 25 May 2021,

• 3. Consolidated report for the first half of the 2021 financial year, i.e. for the period from 01.01.2021 to 30.06.2021 – 31 August 2021,

• 4. Consolidated quarterly report for Q3, i.e. for the period from 01.07.2021 to 30.09.2021 – 16 November 2021.

Pursuant to § 62(1) and (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state, hereinafter the “Regulation”, the Company will not publish separate standalone quarterly reports or a standalone half-year report. The relevant consolidated reports will include the required standalone financial information.

At the same time, the Management Board of the Company announces that, pursuant to § 79(2) of the Regulation, the Company will not publish a separate or consolidated quarterly report for Q6 of the 2020 financial year or for Q2 of the 2021 financial year.
