The Management Board of R22 S.A. with its registered office in Poznań (“Company”), pursuant to Art. 54 sec. 3 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies, hereby makes public, in the attachment, information on the determination of the Final Price of the Offered Shares, the final number of Offered Shares and the final number of Offered Shares offered to individual categories of investors.
