The Management Board of R22 S.A. with its registered office in Poznań (the “Company”) hereby announces that it received Resolution No. 901/17 of the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities (the “KDPW”) dated 22 December 2017, pursuant to which 3.500.000 rights to series D ordinary bearer shares of the Company with a nominal value of 0,02 each are to be registered with the KDPW on 28 December 2017 and designated with code PLR220000034.
