With reference to Current Report No. 3/2017 (together with its correction published today), the Management Board of R22 S.A. with its registered office in Poznań (the “Company”) hereby announces that, according to the communication received from the National Depository for Securities (KDPW), 8.978.404 shares of the Company designated with code PLR220000018 will be registered as of 28 December 2017.
