The Management Board of R22 S.A. with its registered office in Poznańthe “Company”hereby announces that the Company has received notifications concerning transactions in the Company’s shares from Mr Jakub Dwernicki, President of the Company’s Management Board, Mr Jacek Duch, Chairman of the Company’s Supervisory Board, and the direct subsidiary H88 S.A., a person closely associated with the President of the Company’s Management Board, Mr Jakub Dwernicki.
