The Management Board of R22 spółka akcyjna (the “Company”), having regard to § 70(3) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies, consolidated text dated 7 February 2018, Journal of Laws of 2018, item 512, hereby publishes the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the voting rights at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 8 October 2019.
