With reference to Current Report No. 4/2019 dated 15 March 2019, the Management Board of R22 S.A. with its registered office in Poznań (the “Company”) hereby announces that today, acting pursuant to the Exit Agreement, it exercised against TCEE Fund III S.C.A. Sicar (the “Fund”) an option to acquire 30.646 shares in H88 S.A. (the “Shares”) by submitting a statement accepting the Fund’s offer to sell the Shares for a total purchase price of EUR 6.816.516,70.

Payment of the purchase price and transfer of ownership of the Shares will take place on 31 January 2020, of which the Company will inform in a separate current report.
