The Management Board of R22 S.A. with its registered office in Poznań (the “Company”), acting in accordance with the Best Practice for Companies Listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and ensuring that shareholders have the opportunity to familiarise themselves with candidates for membership of the Company’s Supervisory Board, pursuant to § 13(2) of the Company’s Articles of Association, hereby announces that today the Company received the nomination of Ms Milena Olszewska-Miszuris as an Independent Member of the Company’s Supervisory Board. The nomination was submitted by the shareholder Aegon Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, acting on behalf of Aegon Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, Aegon PPK 2025 Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny, Aegon PPK 2030 Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny, Aegon PPK 2035 Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny, Aegon PPK 2040 Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny, Aegon PPK 2045 Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny, Aegon PPK 2050 Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny, Aegon PPK 2055 Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny and Aegon PPK 2060 Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny, with its registered office at ul. Wołoska 5, 02-675 Warsaw, Poland (the “Funds”).

At the same time, the Company announces that the candidate gave her written consent to stand as a candidate and to be appointed to the Company’s Supervisory Board by submitting the relevant statements, including a statement confirming that she meets the independence criteria.
