Management Board resolution on payment of an interim dividend

The Management Board of R22 spółka akcyjna (the “Company”, the “Issuer”) hereby announces that on 25 August 2020, following the adoption of a resolution and the Supervisory Board’s consent to the payment of an interim dividend, the Management Board adopted a resolution concerning the payment of an interim dividend from the profit for 2019/2020 on the following terms:

the amount of the interim dividend is PLN 3 970 400 (three million nine hundred seventy thousand four hundred zlotys), which amount does not exceed half of the Company’s net profit shown in the financial statements prepared as at 30 June 2020 and audited by a statutory auditor,

– the interim dividend will cover 14.180.000 shares of the Company,

– the interim dividend per 1 share of the Company will amount to PLN 0,28 (twenty-eight groszy),

– planned record date for shareholders entitled to the interim dividend: 29 September 2020.

– planned interim dividend payment date: 6 October 2020.

As H88 S.A. does not exercise rights attached to the Company’s shares, no interim dividend will be paid on those shares.
