The Management Board of R22 spółka akcyjna (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 05.03.2021 the Company received a notification from Norges Bank with its registered office in Oslo concerning a decrease in Norges Bank’s share in the total number of votes at the Company’s general meeting below the 5% threshold.
