The Management Board of R22 S.A. with its registered office in Poznań (the “Company”) hereby announces that, due to an error, Current Report No. 16/2021 was published in an incomplete version. Therefore, the Company hereby publishes the full text of Current Report No. 16/2021 together with its attachments.

The Management Board of R22 S.A. with its registered office in Poznań (the “Company”), acting in accordance with the Best Practice for GPW Listed Companies 2021 and ensuring that shareholders have the opportunity to familiarise themselves with candidates for membership of the Company’s Supervisory Board, hereby announces that, pursuant to § 13(2) of the Company’s Articles of Association, the Company has received the following nominations:

1/ from the shareholder Aegon Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, represented by Aegon Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., the candidacy of Ms Katarzyna Zimnicka-Jankowska for an Independent Member of the Company’s Supervisory Board;

2/ from the shareholder Mr Jakub Dwernicki, the candidacy of Mr Kamil Pałyska for an Independent Member of the Company’s Supervisory Board.

At the same time, the Company announces that both candidate Ms Katarzyna Zimnicka-Jankowska and candidate Mr Kamil Pałyska have given their written consent to stand as candidates and to be appointed to the Company’s Supervisory Board by submitting the relevant statements, including in particular statements confirming that they meet the independence criteria.
