The Management Board of R22 S.A. with its registered office in Poznań [“Company”] announces that the Company received a notification of disposal transactions carried out in the Company’s shares from cyber_Folks spółka akcyjna, a person closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibilities, namely Jakub Dwernicki – Chairman of the Company’s Supervisory Board.
