Selected estimated consolidated financial data of the cyber_Folks Group

The Management Board of cyber_Folks S.A. with its registered office in Poznań [“Company”], based on a preliminary aggregation of the cyber_Folks Group’s financial data carried out as part of the process of preparing the financial statements for 2023, hereby publicly discloses selected estimated financial data for 2023.
Selected estimated consolidated financial data of the cyber_Folks Group for 2023 [12 months]:
• sales revenue: PLN 479.946 thousand [increase of 22,4% YoY],
• adjusted EBITDA: PLN 141.298 thousand [increase of 36,4% YoY],
• cash flows from operating activities: PLN 136.900 thousand [increase of 40,8% YoY].
Selected estimated consolidated financial data of the cyber_Folks Group for Q4 2023 [3 months]:
• sales revenue: PLN 132.476 thousand [increase of 17,5% YoY],
• adjusted EBITDA: PLN 38.418 thousand [increase of 20,7% YoY],
• cash flows from operating activities: PLN 43.143 thousand [increase of 36,9% YoY].
The fourth-quarter results reflect purely organic growth across all operating segments, in particular sales to small and medium-sized enterprises in the prepaid model, which translates into a very high conversion into cash flows from operating activities.
EBITDA was adjusted for one-off, non-cash costs related to the valuation of employee stock option programmes [ESOP] in the total amount of PLN 1.062 thousand in Q4 2023, including PLN 324 thousand at Vercom and PLN 738 thousand at cyber_Folks. For the whole of 2023, one-off costs amounted to PLN 3.951 thousand, including PLN 675 thousand at Vercom and PLN 3.276 thousand at cyber_Folks.
Results by business segment in 2023:
Vercom:
– Revenue: PLN 337.373 thousand,
– Adjusted EBITDA: PLN 85.162 thousand;
cyber_Folks:
– Revenue: PLN 138.355 thousand,
– Adjusted EBITDA: PLN 59.427 thousand;
SaaS:
– Revenue: PLN 3.015 thousand,
– Adjusted EBITDA: PLN 938 thousand.
The Company notes that the above financial data and indicators are estimates and may change. The financial data will also be subject to audit by the audit firm. The final values will be presented in the separate and consolidated annual reports for 2023, scheduled for publication on 26 March 2024.
