The Management Board of cyber_Folks S.A. with its registered office in Poznań [“Company”], acting pursuant to Article 19(3) of the MAR Regulation, hereby announces that it received notifications of transactions carried out in the Company’s shares from: [i] Mr Jakub Dwernicki – President of the Company’s Management Board, and [ii] the Jakub and Magdalena Dwernicki Family Foundation with its registered office in Poznań, as an entity closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibilities, Mr Jakub Dwernicki.
