The Management Board of cyber_Folks S.A. with its registered office in Poznań [“Company”], acting pursuant to Article 19(3) of the MAR Regulation, hereby announces that yesterday it received notifications of acquisition transactions carried out in the Company’s shares from the Duch Family Foundation, as an entity closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibilities, namely Mr Jacek Duch – Chairman of the Supervisory Board. The notifications are attached to this report.
