Publication dates of periodic reports in the 2025 financial year

Content:

The Management Board of cyber_Folks S.A. with its registered office in Poznań, hereinafter referred to as the [“Company”], hereby makes public the publication dates of periodic reports in the financial year 01.01.2025 – 31.12.2025:

1. Separate and consolidated annual report for the 2024 financial year, i.e. for the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 – 18 March 2025,
2. Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 of the 2025 financial year, i.e. for the period from 01.01.2025 to 31.03.2025 – 20 May 2025,
3. Consolidated report for the first half of the 2025 financial year, i.e. for the period from 01.01.2025 to 30.06.2025 – 02 September 2025,
4. Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 of the 2025 financial year, i.e. for the period from 01.07.2025 to 30.09.2025 – 05 November 2025.

Pursuant to §62 secs. 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state, hereinafter referred to as the [“Regulation”], the Company will not publish separate quarterly reports or a separate half-year report. The relevant consolidated reports will contain the required separate financial information. At the same time, the Company’s Management Board hereby announces that, pursuant to §79 sec. 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish separate and consolidated quarterly reports for Q4 of the 2024 financial year or for Q2 of the 2025 financial year.
