Court approval of the settlement between Vercom S.A. (subsidiary) and Polkomtel sp. z o.o. and discontinuance of court proceedings

The Management Board of cyber_Folks S.A. [“Company”] – with reference to the Company’s Current Report No. 5/2025 concerning the determination of the material terms of a settlement between Vercom S.A. [a subsidiary of the Company] and Polkomtel sp. z o.o. [“Polkomtel”] aimed at amicably concluding court proceedings brought by Vercom S.A. against Polkomtel [“Settlement”] – hereby announces that by order dated 25 March 2025 the Regional Court in Warsaw: [i] approved the Settlement concluded by the parties on the above terms on 24 March 2025 and [ii] discontinued the above court proceedings in their entirety.
