The Management Board of cyber_Folks spółka akcyjna [“Company”], as a supplement to Current Report No. 8/2025 concerning the convening of the Annual General Meeting for 2024, hereby once again provides as an attachment a draft resolution on amending the Company’s Articles of Association by adding paragraphs 10a and 10b to the Company’s Articles of Association in the wording set out in the draft resolution; due to an oversight, the justification for the draft resolution was not included with that draft resolution. The wording of the draft resolution itself has not changed. The draft resolution together with its justification is attached to this current report.
