Payment of dividend for the 2024 financial year

§19 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state [Journal of Laws 2018.757].

The Management Board of cyber_Folks spółka akcyjna [“Company”] hereby announces that on 15 May 2025 the Company’s Annual General Meeting adopted Resolution No. 8 concerning the distribution of profit for the 2024 financial year [“Resolution”].
Pursuant to the adopted Resolution:
a] PLN 28,308,168.00 was allocated to the payment of a dividend to the Company’s shareholders, corresponding to PLN 2.00 payable per share,
b] PLN 66,500,692.38 was allocated to the Company’s supplementary capital,
c] the number of shares entitled to the dividend: 14,154,084,
d] the dividend record date was set for 04 June 2025,
e] the dividend payment date was set for 06 June 2025.
