KDPW communication regarding the registration date of rights to the Company’s series E shares

The Management Board of cyber_Folks S.A. with its registered office in Poznań [“Company”], with reference to the Company’s Current Report No. 20/2025 dated 25 September 2025 and No. 21/2025 dated 26 September 2025, hereby announces that today it became aware of a communication issued by the Central Securities Depository of Poland S.A. [“KDPW”] on 26 September 2025 regarding the registration date in the securities depository maintained by KDPW of 1,134,400 [one million one hundred thirty-four thousand four hundred] rights to the Company’s series E ordinary bearer shares [“Rights to Shares”, “Communication”].
According to the Communication, the Rights to Shares will be registered in the securities depository on 29 September 2025.
Accordingly, upon registration of the Rights to Shares, the condition for introducing the Rights to Shares to stock exchange trading arising from Resolution No. 1241/2025 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. [“Resolution”], referred to in the Company’s Current Report No. 21/2025, will be satisfied. Pursuant to the Resolution, the Rights to Shares will be introduced to stock exchange trading on the main market on 30 September 2025.
