The Management Board of cyber_Folks S.A. with its registered office in Poznań [“Company”], acting pursuant to Art. 70 item 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering and the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and on Public Companies [“Act on Public Offering”], hereby announces that it has received from VIENNA POWSZECHNE TOWARZYSTWO EMERYTALNE SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP a notification pursuant to Art. 69 et seq. of the Act on Public Offering. The notification is attached to this report.
