Estimated consolidated results for 2025

The Management Board of cyber_Folks S.A. with its registered office in Poznań [“Company”], based on the preliminary aggregation of the cyber_Folks Group’s financial data carried out as part of the process of preparing the financial statements for 2025, hereby makes public selected estimated financial data for 2025.
Selected estimated consolidated financial data of the cyber_Folks Group for Q4 2025 [3 months]:
- sales revenue: PLN 237.3 million [increase of 37.0% YoY],
- adjusted EBITDA: PLN 82.9 million [increase of 71.9% YoY],
- net cash flows from operating activities: PLN 88.9 million [increase of 51.1% YoY]
- net profit: PLN 44.4 million [increase of 36.4% YoY]
- net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company: PLN 24.5 million [increase of 16.9%]
Selected estimated consolidated financial data of the cyber_Folks Group for 2025 [12 months]:
- sales revenue: PLN 855.8 million [increase of 30.2% YoY],
- adjusted EBITDA: PLN 292.3 million [increase of 66.1% YoY],
- net cash flows from operating activities: PLN 261.2 million [increase of 39.3% YoY],
- net profit: PLN 128.3 million [decrease of 16.9% YoY]
- net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company: PLN 63.4 million [decrease of 45.7%]
EBITDA was adjusted for one-off, non-cash costs totalling PLN 4.8 million in Q4 2025, mainly ESOP programme costs of PLN 4.2 million, including PLN 3.7 million at Vercom and PLN 0.5 million at cyber_Folks. For the full year 2025, one-off costs amounted to PLN 18.6 million, consisting mainly of ESOP programme costs of PLN 11.6 million, including PLN 7.5 million at Vercom, PLN 2.1 million at cyber_Folks and PLN 2.0 million at Shoper.
Results by operating segment in 2025:
Vercom segment:
- Revenue: PLN 471.6 million,
- Adjusted EBITDA: PLN 135.6 million;
cyber_Folks segment:
- Revenue: PLN 182.1 million,
- Adjusted EBITDA: PLN 87.5 million;
E-commerce segment:
- Revenue: PLN 203.7 million,
- Adjusted EBITDA: PLN 74.9 million.
The Company notes that the above financial data and indicators are estimates and may be subject to change. The financial data will also be subject to an audit by the audit firm. The final figures will be presented in the separate and consolidated annual reports for 2025, whose publication is scheduled for 18 March 2025.
