2. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Website operation — in order to ensure the correct operation of the investors.cyberfolks.pl website, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Investor relations communication — in order to respond to enquiries submitted via contact forms or e-mail, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) or the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Fulfilment of legal obligations — in order to fulfil obligations arising from applicable law, including capital market regulations, on the basis of a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Analytics and website statistics — in order to analyse traffic and improve the quality of the website, on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), where required by law, or our legitimate interest.
