2025
Acquisition of PrestaShop and the addition of Sylius and BitBag to the Group, completing the build-out of Europe’s largest e-commerce ecosystem with more than 700,000 customers and GMV exceeding PLN 140 billion.
2024/25
Investment in the Shoper Group, the leading e-commerce platform in Poland and the CEE region, giving the Group exposure to the high-growth e-commerce SaaS market.
2023
Official renaming of the holding from R22 to cyber_Folks S.A., aligning the Group’s corporate identity with its most recognised brand.
2022
Vercom acquires MailerLite — a global transaction valued at approximately PLN 400 million, marking expansion into international markets.
2021
Stock exchange debut of subsidiary Vercom on the WSE, enabling the Group to sharpen its focus on CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) technologies.
2020
A pivotal moment — the main hosting brands unite under the modern cyber_Folks brand.
2019
Further development of marketing automation and communication tools (growth of the Vercom brand).
2018
International expansion begins — acquisition of companies in Romania (including Gazduire.net), establishing the Group as a market leader there.
2017
IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange — raising capital to fund further acquisitions.
2016
The R22 holding is established, structurally organising the acquired companies into segments: hosting, omnichannel and telecommunications.
2012–2015
Intensive consolidation of the hosting and domain market in Poland. Players such as hekko.pl join the Group.
2002
Jakub Dwernicki founds the company that gave rise to the Group (later H8i, then R22).
